"Daybreak" is a watercolor painting on 9x12 strathmore paper and completed in July 2024. This painting was inspired by the recent forest fires, particulary the one that destroyed most of Jasper - a iconic Canadian site. 
The landscape within the lynx could be a illuminated by an approaching wildfire or a beautiful sunrise instilling hope for a better day - it is up to you, the viewer, to decide.
