Art for Wildlife 2026
From February 13–22, 2026 the Wildlife Haven Rehabilitation Centre is hosting their 6th annual online art auction, featuring incredible artwork from talented Manitoba artists.
All proceeds support the care of injured, sick, and orphaned wildlife at the Wildlife Haven Rehabilitation Centre. By bidding and winning a piece, you’re not only taking home beautiful art—you’re also making a difference for Manitoba wildlife.
My original painting "The Early Bird" is available through this auction and I am thrilled to be part of such a great initiative.

My name is Stefanie Bretecher.
I am a self taught artist and have been creating stunning pieces of art since 2017 under my brand “Rugged Trail Art”. My passion for nature and wildlife is reflected in every piece I create, aiming to raise awareness for wildlife conservation.
My work has been featured in galleries across the province and sold internationally. I try to push the boundaries of my craft, using a variety of mediums and techniques to bring my subjects to life in new and exciting ways.
